About us
The McGrigor Hall, owned by Frinton on Sea WI, is a large, well equipped multipurpose hall, conveniently situated in Frinton-on-Sea, with ample unrestricted street parking in the vicinity.
Run for the community by a volunteer committee, the charges
for hire are very competitive.
Many groups use the facilities on a regular basis, W.I. meetings, fairs, yoga, keep fit and dancing classes, whilst others hold fund raising events and social gatherings.
The McGrigor Hall is home to the only Theatre space/stage in Frinton-on-Sea. The Frinton Summer Theatre is held here for 7 weeks in the summer.
Other theatre groups, perform in the hall. Youth groups stage shows regularly so there is something for everyone.
The hall boasts a history of many extremely famous celebrities who have performed or been involved with the hall in some capacity - giving a rich history of entertainment.
The hall can accommodate 200 people with comfortable seating, and there are tables for use as dining tables and stalls.
The Hall also offers a room for meetings and conferences.
